Conducts audits and communicates quality and patient safety data. Assists in analysis and communication of data from the electronic medical record as is pertains to quality and patient safety. Actively facilitates or participates in performance improvement teams. Assists in data collection reporting to support medical staff processes. RN degree from an accredited program. Critical Care experience preferred. Must demonstrate critical thinking skills to assess clinical process and outcomes analysis. Must demonstrate ability to concisely communicate verbally and in writing appropriate to the intended audience. Must exhibit strong presentation skills and be comfortable presenting reports and justifying the report logic with ability to positively influence behavior and outcomes. Quality improvement experience utilizing the PDCA model and lean healthcare processes preferred. Independent thinker who exhibits leadership attributes that are action oriented and can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and quickly with a high focus and attention to detail.
